Job description

As part of the HRIS team, this HRIS Analyst (Temporary) role is responsible for the upkeep and development of the company's human resource system, UKG. The role works with team members within HRIS, across the People team, Payroll and other functional departments to maintain the system and handle electronically stored employee data. This role is a technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, dashboard preparation, and process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst supports a complex business model and multiple business divisions with numerous reporting and technology infrastructures.

This is 100% remote (EST preferred).

  • Manage and respond to tickets coming into the HRIS Zendesk in an efficient and timely manner ensuring the accurate resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoots to develop scalable solutions by integrating data between other systems of record (recruiting, accounting, performance management, etc.)
  • Demonstrates skill in UKG Pro within complex multi-company/multi-state environment
  • Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for the HRIS system
  • Serve as technical point of contact for HRIS products. Assist’s Team with maintaining data integrity, configuration changes and testing.
  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Participate in HR projects involving future HRIS product implementation, cross-functional needs, new functionality and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3+ years’ HRIS experience, including configuration and administration experience
  • UKG Pro software experience preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; plus HRIS report writing experience
