Job description

Seeking administrators to aid in our daily operations in aspect of reaching out to hospitals and Oncologists for our wig donations, primarily through emails and less often via telephone.

We are looking for a volunteer who has experience in Previous administration experience and/or operation roles Extremely good written communication Confident and comfortable conversing via email and phone calls Very organised and detail oriented

What will you be doing?

Aid in gathering and sharing crucial insights on new funding sources, amplifying Onewig OneSmile's presence among sector funders and potential backers. Attend various marketing and fundraising meetings, promptly act on insights, submit applications, monitor outcomes, and oversee project implementation utilizing acquired funds. Foster partnerships between Onewig OneSmile and higher educational institutions, and coordinating community-based social fundraising events. Engage in national fundraising initiatives, orchestrate local and regional events alongside volunteers and supporters. Contribute to the development and management of diverse fundraising revenue streams for projects, special initiatives, and general operational expenses. Support volunteer training and advancement programs. Maintain updated information, promptly respond to donor inquiries, and offer video feedback. Prepare monthly and quarterly written reports detailing fundraising endeavors and project accomplishments. We encourage volunteers from diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, and experiences, acknowledging the significant contributions they can offer to our board discussions.
