  • Develop and implement the medical affairs strategy for assigned therapeutic areas, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Provide medical and scientific leadership to cross-functional teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, academic experts, and health authorities.
  • Represent the company at scientific congresses, advisory boards, and other external forums.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of medical communication plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.


The Successful Applicant

  • Having a degree as a Medical Doctor.
  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong focus on medical affairs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • In-depth knowledge of drug development and life-cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
