Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with respective departments to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions using diverse recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment methods such as social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and drive team performance.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Lead or participate in special projects related to talent acquisition as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, channels, and tools.
