Security Pen Tester

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Pen Security Tester who can perform penetration testing and will be advised by a security consultant.

Key responsibilities:

Penetration Testing:

• Execute penetration tests based on predefined test plans, covering all relevant areas of the system.
• Conduct thorough testing of networks, applications, and systems to identify security vulnerabilities.

Vulnerability Analysis & Exploitation:

• Analyze results from automated tools and manual testing to identify and validate vulnerabilities.
• Safely exploit vulnerabilities to assess their impact, and document the steps taken during exploitation.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work with Security Consultants to align testing with overall security strategies.
• Generate clear reports on findings, including recommendations for remediation.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest security threats and improve testing methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain test outcomes and business risks.

Support & Compliance:

• Assist development and operations teams in understanding and addressing vulnerabilities.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with organizational policies and standards.

Collaboration with Security Teams:

• Work with Red and Blue Teams to simulate threats and improve response capabilities.
