Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via various communication channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placements, and transaction queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve the customer experience.
  • Adapt to new products, services, and systems by participating in continuous training and development.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.
