We're looking for an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to manage Sales Engineer in Hong Kong to join our Solution Consulting team. Reporting to the Director, Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- You will help recruit and develop the SE teams in Emeriging Countries
- Refine the sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-value (POV).
- Help with solution and customer proposals and work with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions to increase client revenue growth.
- Provide advice and support response to requests for proposals, i.e. present recommendations and associated benefits to clients.
- Promote products and business solutions at conferences, forums, and seminars.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- More than 10 years of experience in presales/presales team lead/presales manager roles, with at least 5 years of experience selling security solutions
- More than 2 years of experience as a people manager.
- Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies including but not limited to: HTTP and web related technologies, proxies, caches, and firewalls
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of routers/switches, UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems
