Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We are looking for an exceptional mission-oriented, multi-site healthcare operations leader to join our team as Regional Director. This region includes 25+ office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) centers in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Regional Director leads all aspects of operations, including team leadership, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and growth, including P&L ownership.

Schedule and Locations

This position requires regular travel within the region plus quarterly travel to our headquarters in Greenville, SC. The region includes 26 centers (OBOT) in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The role is based in Philadelphia.

Education and Licensure Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years in a leadership role

  • Multi-site healthcare operations experience

  • Experience with or interest in behavioral health, particularly substance use disorder (SUD)
