Project Manager

As a Project Manager at AssetWatch, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of internal projects that require close collaboration across multiple departments. These projects will primarily focus on implementing and integrating IS solutions to enhance our existing systems and processes. You will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring that project outcomes align with the strategic objectives of the organization. 

What You'll Do: 

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Engineering, and Leadership teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and drive collaboration.   

• IS Integration Management: Oversee the integration of new SaaS solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across platforms. Includes working with internal and external resources as needed. 

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. 

• Expectation Management: Set and manage realistic expectations with stakeholders, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed business requirements. Includes managing priorities based on needs for all teams. 

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 

• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints. 

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with organizational goals. 

• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement process improvements that enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness. 

Who You Are: 

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a IS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and experience with system integrations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations across different levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States. We are open to candidates from most states but collaboration within core working hours is required.
