Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. What You Will Do

  • Serve as a thought leader and strategy driver for the technology roadmap and a key member of the leadership team.
  • Formulate long-term strategy for technological development, product layout plan, roadmap for new product development, and the company's long-term engineering practices.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to define and deliver new products and enhancements .
  • Manage the company's overall core technology, organize the formulation and implement the major technical decisions.
  • Work with business and development teams to understand and influence product vision and requirements.
  • Understand and influence all elements of the software lifecycle work together and develop quality engineering approaches that fit the overall architecture.
  • Build and manage a team of software engineers, QA and analysts.
  • Develop the long-term strategy for your programs and translate that into an achievable road map/action plan.
  • Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments.
  • Management of resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-in-class engineering team.
  • You will be working with a team who is fast moving, fun and creative but more importantly extremely dedicated, focused and ambitious! This role involves getting on the ground floor of a startup, with the opportunity to build out and shape the Engineering function, and work directly with the core team in scaling the business.  
  • To develop a strategic vision for the Engineering team, consistent with the overall mission of the company such that the company meets its targets.
  • Translating the strategic business plans into well-defined plans to meet
    business objectives.
  • Define and put in place suitable performance management metrics and reporting structure to monitor performance against set objectives. As part of the key leadership, contribute to the overall strategy and development of the company.
  • Assure successful execution through the definition, development, and deployment of the tech.
  • Develop and implement a technology road-map that aligns with the business strategy and delivers both short-term and long-term results.
  • Be the technology leader for the entire BUs - by developing a sustainable architecture to support business growth.
  • Build an engaged, motivated and driven team that is able to execute and perform at the highest levels.
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
  • You can spearhead the development of machine learning algorithms.
  • Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of products.
  • Implement technical security infrastructure and processes.
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
  • Participate in the community through blog posts, panels, and presentations.
  • Provide the leadership for the unit and be a role model for the team and organization.
  • As a part of the Leadership Team, contribute to the development and execution of the vision & strategy for the company.
  • Nurture a culture of excellence and performance within the organization with processes to measure & recognize merit.
  • Drive establishment of processes for quality and compliance in all areas of the business.

 

What You Will Bring

  • A seasoned leader who has worked in roles focused on Engineering & Data Science. An understanding and appreciation of all aspects of business, technology and data science would be key.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of the B2B Enterprise SaaS domain is preferred.
  • Seeking an entrepreneurial SVP Engineering who has a passion for building elite - teams, ideas, architectures and platforms.
  • Worked during a hyper-growth at a B2B company with experience in managing the complexity of multiple products serving multiple industries/markets/segments and buyers.
  • Strategic mindset and a desire to dive in and solve business challenges as well technical challenges.
  • Experience in modern tech stack and frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse team members and external parties.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, align, and enable large teams across functions in order to drive a successful business.
  • Track-record of building extraordinary teams. Record of coaching and developing individuals and teams to fulfill their potential.

 

Compensation

  • Compensation is expected to be between $240,000 - $310,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
