About This Role

                                                                                                         

This position is exclusively open to students in the process of obtaining an academic degree 

Internship date : January 6th for a 4 or 6 month term

The role we are offering you:

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to :

 surveys of existing indoor or outdoor signage/equipment on campus

• Enter information from surveys/photos into the CAD (Block) database in order to be able to view the inventory and information in power bi

• on-site surveys of the various MEP systems; Plumbing, Electricity, Mechanics and integrate into the AutoCAD master plan

Our ideal candidate has:

• Intermediate knowledge AutoCAD MEP/ARCH

• Good reading of plans

• Knowledge of the components of a commercial building

• Familiar with Windows environment

• Who will not hesitate to travel often to the study sites

• Who is concerned about health and safety for themselves and others (will be required to use a stepladder (training available) for validation of equipment in the ceiling space

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing a/an college/undergraduate/masters degree in specialisation or related  field of building mechanics or architecture or any other related field

Location of the internship is Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in person

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
