As a Workday Integrations Technical Architect, you’ll act as the trusted advisor to our customers CIO office. Your focus will be on building technical roadmap and strategy for implementing technical services for the client implementation. You love the challenge of solving complex inter-system problems and want to develop SaaS, SOA, web service solutions. To succeed in this role, you need to be laser-focused on your client's business, a self-starter with excellent inter-personal skill and communication abilities, staying adaptable to customer-driven priorities.
Responsibilities:
Drive alignment with customers overall technology roadmap (beyond Workday).
Provide sales support/solutioning to new & existing customers.
Develop new business opportunities from existing accounts.
Serve as a trusted adviser to clients’ CIO office for technology roadmap.
Facilitate cohesive design between all technical workstreams.
Manage staffing changes on existing accounts and work with technical delivery Leaders to manage escalations.
Support customer Middleware strategy and design.
Ensure Security and Compliance.
Analyse current IT architecture to improve & optimize business operations.
Skills & Requirements:
Workday Experience on Integrations, Data Conversion and Reporting
Five or more years of experience in Workday implementations
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Experience in entity relationship diagrams (ERD).
Preferred experience in Microservices, pub-sub and event-sourcing architecture frameworks.
Ability to travel 25-50%
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations at the Executive level.
Ability to manage your time across multiple projects and competing priorities with a high focus on customer service.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and develop IT strategy.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
