Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Support professional to join a dynamic team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service to Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

As a Czech Speaking Customer Support representative, your main responsibilities will include addressing customer queries, offering support related to our services, and resolving any issues that may arise. You’ll interact with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and accurate assistance.
