The Role
A new role as an Inside Sales Executive working on one of our fast growth clients selling their office solutions. Your job is to create a sales pipeline with potential customers through multi-channel lead generation, qualifying and progressing inbound leads and driving the end-to-end sales process through to close.
A key role for Excelerate360 and our client, you will be working closely with their sales people and country manager, while also being mentored and guided by our own experienced sales leadership team This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your sales skills, manage and build an opportunity pipeline and deliver an over target performance with commensurate earnings.
● Source new sales opportunities through outbound activities including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn Messaging.
● Diligently track all MQLs
● Establish customer needs and requirements
● Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
● Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest
● Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
● Team with other relevant internal resources like marketing to build pipeline and close deals
Requirements
- Proven Inside Sales experience in selling fast moving office equipment or other products (3 years +)
- Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn and new business prospecting
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Strong phone presence and experience with sales productivity and online meeting and presentation tools (Sales Navigator, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, MS Office etc)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com, Hubspot or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities
- Degree Level or equivalent would be an advantage
- Must be able to speak Dutch & French
