Associate - Risk Management (AU Global Consulting Firm, Home-based)

Salary Package: P70,000 - P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM -06:00 PM GMT/ 01:00 PM -10:00 PM PHT) 

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Ability to design and implement Credit, Liquidity and Operational Risk Management frameworks and processes, including RCSAs, risk events, KRIs and stress and scenario testing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, including business owners, board directors, and regulators.
• Ability to engage with diverse internal teams and clients.
• Effectively execute tasks on time to meet client and regulatory standards.
• Motivated self-starter adept at solving client issues and internal problems with minimal guidance.
• Ability to tailor recommendations and communication style based upon each client size and complexity.

Nice to Have:

• Strong business development and client management skills
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Ability to write reports using clear and concise English language

What will you do?

• Development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, covering operational, credit and market risk within the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions.
• Drafting and maintaining risk management manuals.
• Drafting and maintaining business continuity plans as well as testing of these documents.
• Supporting and guiding colleagues and clients regarding risk and other relevant issues.
• Conducting and supporting execution of risk assessments.
• Identifying, logging and resolving risk issues for clients.
• Perform monitoring and surveillance of risk issues for clients in your portfolio.
• Producing risk management reports as required in the risk management policy.
• Drafting and assisting clients with related regulatory enquiries and reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc projects, monitoring tasks and regulatory change.
