Corporate Administration Infrastructure Department

At the Corporate Administration Infrastructure Department (CAID), we strive to provide the best work environment for our employees to enable them to deliver their best performance. As part of the Workplace Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in reinventing our workspaces in our global headquarters and principal overseas offices to support cultural change.

 

What will you do as an Associate in the Workplace Management Team?

We are looking for an Associate to manage fit-out and renovation projects in our global headquarters and principal overseas offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project management. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

 

Project Management

  • Manage Projects: Manage small to medium scale fit-out and renovation projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate Delivery: Work with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely, budget-compliant delivery
  • Monitor Progress: Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

 

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing small/medium-scale fit-out and renovation projects within timeline and budget
  • Strong understanding of best practices in project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong initiative and attention to details
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed and results oriented, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Competent team player, with emphasis on team results and goals
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred
  • Certifications such as PMP, WELL and LEED is preferred
