Salary: P60,000-P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (01:00 PM – 10:00 PM Local Time-Manila)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Accounting qualification is a requirement.
Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in the financial services sector.
Must be familiar with IFRS accounting standards.
Knowledge of sales tax / VAT is a plus.
Strong experience of working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Strong English oral and written skills.

Nice to Have:

Big four experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to effectively interact at all levels within the firm and with its clients.
Proven ability in building partnerships, collaborating, and influencing clients and team members.
Ability to handle highly sensitive company/clients’ information confidentially.

What will you do?

Entrance of data into client accounting systems.
Function as a bookkeeper for the clients of the firm.
Create and maintain Fixed Assets Registers.
Prepare vouchers, book petty cash expenses into client accounting systems reconcile all bank statements for clients.
Responsible for accruals and provisions and monthly book closing for review by the team.
Prepare client periodic trial balance, balance sheet, income statement for review by the team.
Preparation and processing of financial reports and financial statements for clients in coordination with team.
Assist the team to meet client external and internal auditor’s needs including ledgers, reports, and schedules.
Partner with all project execution teams to develop and/or enhance processes to make sure that the clients’ needs are met as projects evolve in the most efficient and effective manner.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through developing and conducting strict quality assurance tests.
Liaise with project leads and their delivery teams (clients where necessary) to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
