Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Software Team Leader or Engineering Manager in a product-focused company, with a proven track record of motivating, guiding, and mentoring teams to achieve product objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing software engineers.
  • Strong background in coaching and mentoring engineers with a focus on fostering their professional growth.
  • Solid technical expertise, with the ability to lead discussions on engineering practices and software architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with privacy standards such as SOC2, ISO, and GDPR, ensuring compliance and data protection throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

  • Nice to have
  • Experience in implementing and deploying solutions within the Google Cloud environment, showcasing the ability to leverage cloud-based tools and services for scalable AI applications.
  • Experience as a QA engineer, software engineer, or data scientist, providing a well-rounded perspective on development and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, with practical experience in building and maintaining software solutions.

  • Team leadership, strategic planning and execution
  • Ensure team setups align with long-term objectives and professional growth. Manage team bonding and conflict resolution, regularly assessing productivity and work quality. Lead strategic planning aligning with the company's OKRs, define the technical vision, and ensure product delivery meets core metrics and high performance standards.
