We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees, addressing and helping to resolve employee relations issues, concerns, and conflicts.
  • Helping employees unlock their full potential by assisting with performance evaluations, setting goals, and supporting improvement when needed.
  • Planning team-building events, and creating a workplace atmosphere where everyone feels safe.
  • Taking part in organizing social gatherings and social online activities.
  • Co-operating with the other P&C team members to manage the company’s training needs.
  • Actively participating in P&C projects.
  • Cooperating closely with other teams.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a People & Culture Specialist, HR Partner, or similar, preferably in a creative environment.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to provide clear and concise guidance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyse HR issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Passion for the video game industry.
