What You’ll Do

Lead with Vision: Oversee and support three teams dedicated to Mission Protection, Mission Assurance, and Quality Assurance, ensuring their success in delivering vital missile defense services.
Be the Agile Guru: Serve as the Product Owner, employing the Scaled Agile Framework to prioritize and deliver features that align with our clients’ evolving needs.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Refine and enhance our processes and systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate with Clarity: Develop and deliver informative briefings to senior leadership and government customers, keeping them informed about team progress and accomplishments.
Ensure Compliance: Review and maintain program plans, policies, procedures, and work instructions to guarantee adherence to regulations and standards.

What You’ll Need

A proven track record in project management and leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
An active DoD Secret security clearance.
A passion for driving excellence and ensuring mission success.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A deep understanding of the Missile Defense Agency and its operations.
