Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Inside Sales Representative / Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and customer relationship management skills to drive sales growth while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the journey of our dental services and solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify leads and convert them into opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within Salesforce.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers regarding dental solutions, ensuring they understand our offerings and how they meet their needs.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Utilize metrics and KPIs to evaluate customer success and satisfaction, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to inform future product offerings and service enhancements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in dental technology to provide knowledgeable insights to customers.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team training initiatives.
