Job description

JOB TITLE: CONCIERGE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

SUMMARY: We are looking for a Virtual Concierge Assistant for one of our premium London-based clients which specializes in beauty services. The ideal candidate will have worked on a fast paced reception desk and it would be desirable if (s)he has a beauty background, or passion for the industry. The candidate must be computer literate, and keen to work in a constantly growing and evolving business. Experience in customer support at a tech startup (Deliveroo, Uber), is also desirable. You will work closely with the Concierge Manager to ensure consistent five star service to both customers and client, whilst working to maximize all revenue opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to high volume of customer requests via email and on the phone with a goal of converting them to bookings
  • Assisting with any booking or payment challenges
  • Chasing therapists to respond to booking requests
  • Finding alternative therapists for a customer if they decline or refuse a booking request
  • Building relationships with customers and experts
  • Managing communication channels with experts and the wider team
  • Using processes and systems to ensure an organized and efficient approach to concierge desk management.


Qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience for at least 2-3 years
  • Preferably has background with luxury brand setting
  • Solid understanding of the beauty services industry
  • Can present self professionally and pleasantly on a virtual set-up
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Willing to work on a night shift
