About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Google Ads Specialist / PPC Manager to manage our Google Ads campaigns with a focus on the Dubai holiday homes and real estate market. This remote role requires expertise in running and optimizing successful Google Ads campaigns and a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate and tourism sectors. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through strategic advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing) to generate traffic, leads, and conversions for Dubai holiday homes and real estate projects.
  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to the Dubai real estate market, creating strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ad Copy & Creative Development: Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and optimized landing pages for lead generation.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience targeting strategies, including geo-targeting, custom intent audiences, and remarketing lists to capture Dubai-based homeowners and tourists from Europe and Asia.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate ad budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and high ROAS.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPqL, and ROI) and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Optimization & A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages to drive performance improvements and enhance lead quality.
  • Google Analytics & Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Market Research: Stay current with trends in the Dubai real estate market and implement strategies to capture relevant audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and real estate departments, to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and broader business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within Dubai’s real estate or tourism industries. Experience with additional platforms like Yandex Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, property types, customer behavior, and current trends.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools for performance tracking.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing large ad budgets and optimizing for the highest ROI.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that attract buyers in the Dubai market.
  • Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated with strong time management and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
