Description

Join the Permit Transformation Program team at NC DEQ as a Senior Business / Data Analyst. In this highly motivated role, you will be instrumental in shaping the enterprise data model aimed at standardizing shared data entities and attributes. Your expertise will guide the standardization of database management systems and tools across the organization.

Technologies In Use Include

  • Oracle
  • DB2
  • MySQL
  • SQL Server

The position also involves working with desktop applications such as MS Access and MS Excel. Our data-related initiatives will be hosted in Azure, utilizing Microsoft Dataverse and SQL Server for transactional databases and data warehouses.

As a Senior Data Analyst/Architect, you will lead data analysis projects throughout the DEQ enterprise, offering insights to fellow data analysts, data architects, and application developers while ensuring alignment with DEQ’s business and technical requirements.
