Job Title

Specialty Banking Representative (Remote Eligible: AZ, KS, MO, NM, NV, TX)

Summary

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for opening, servicing and monitoring all clientele and account types new and existing under the Specialty Banking Group (SBG). Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to answer questions or concerns for clients regarding their account(s) or banking related materials. Will work closely with our Business Development Officers to ensure all clients’ needs are addressed in a professional & timely manner.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts & maintains/services existing accounts for the SBG including but not limited to third party escrows, deposit account control agreements (DACAs), debtor in possession, receivership accounts, 1031 accounts and money service business (MSB) accounts.
  • Review all disbursement request documentation for accuracy.
  • Perform transactions requested including escrow and DACA disbursements.
  • Process wire requests in dual control.
  • Process check order and debit card requests.
  • Review, maintain and archive documentation. Including corporate documents, bank forms, agreements, disbursements and anything else that may apply to the transaction and or request.
  • Works the pending EIN tracking list.
  • Document investors list for the third party escrows.
  • Tracking exception items & follow up resolutions for these items.
  • Communicate with other internal departments such as Treasury Management, Central Operations, Bookkeeping etc to ensure the client has all the products/services they need.
  • Serves as a backup to other departments such as the HOA/PM Department & Specialized Deposit Services
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands under pressure.
  • Ability to use good professional judgement to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education And/or Experience

  • High School Education or GED
  • 3 or more years of banking experience
  • Experience reviewing legal forms and documents is preferred
