National Service Bureau (NSB) is looking for Commercial and Large Balance Collectors to join our growing team with offices in Bothell, WA and Sarasota, FL! NSB has a Training program that you will be enrolled in on your very first day. Our experienced Training Manager and Management Team provides a variety of classroom instruction, interactive learning, and guidance throughout training. With a focus on making sure you succeed out of the gates; we provide hands on experience with instructor assistance prior to moving onto individual outbound calls.

Experience with High Daily Call Volume
Skilled and Experienced in Skip Tracing
Manage a Desk of Accounts Autonomously and Effectively
Experience in Asset Evaluation

Commercial and Large Balance Collector Skills Required:

Secure home office consisting of:

Dedicated high-speed Internet (Cable, DSL, Fiber) with access via a hardwired connection (not wi-fi)
Internet speed required to be at 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and Latency of 100 ms or below
Dedicated space where others cannot hear voice conversations, is free from background noise and other distractions (ex. Office space, extra bedroom, etc.)

5+ years of Experience in the Credit and Collections Industry
