Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic and innovative partner to customers.
  • Attend relevant Industry and trade shows as directed.
  • Assisting in the full sales process.
  • Create new partner accounts, own product research and support for order placement.
  • Focus on solution based selling to our partners.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and partner relationships.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration to ensure the success of an account
  • Manage, update and track the CRM

Education And/or Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business-to-business sales and/or supply chain management
  • Two years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience working in an E-commerce space preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working in a high-tech environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels and an emphasis on consultation and solution-based sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing loyal relationships.
  • Delivers honest, direct, and professional communication to team members and partners.

Travel Requirements

May require 20% travel to Partner Locations, Corporate office, and Trade Shows within the United States.

Remote Work Qualifications

  • Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
  • A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
  • The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
