Job description

We (Torre) are helping Remote Latinos find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Real Estate Acquisition Manager.

Compensation

USD 7 - 15/hour.

Location:

Remote (for Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Equatorial Guinea, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Paraguay, Honduras, and Dominican Republic residents).

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

  • You are beginner in lead management, outbound calls, and real estate sales.
  • English - Fully fluent.
  • Spanish - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities And More

  • Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to explore acquisition opportunities.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the acquisition pipeline.
  • Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication.
  • Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.
  • Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.
  • Contract Management using DocuSign.
