Job Description
Mission
Your main mission will be to contribute within the SaaS QIMAone team. QIMAone is a quality and compliance management platform designed to optimize control processes. It enables real-time collaboration with supply chain stakeholders, offering full transparency and actionable data to improve product quality and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Understand the functional and technical needs of our clients in collaboration with the Product Management and UX/UI Design teams.
- Work in an agile mode with multiple teams.
- Develop high-performance and fault-tolerant systems capable of handling peak loads.
- Create standardized and documented APIs (REST).
- Participate in the creation of web and mobile applications (PWA): offline, mobile, and desktop.
- Implement metrics to provide visibility on the state of the systems.
- Automate deployment processes and maintain the platform in operational conditions, adopting a strong DevOps culture.
- Propose improvements and enhance the QIMA platform.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
Education: Preferably BAC+5
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in the Java language (version 21 being used), Spring, and Hibernate.
- Development of APIs and a good understanding of software architecture.
- Experience in implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or others).
- Experience in creating PWA applications with Angular, React, Vue, or equivalent.
Work Methodologies: Working in an Agile environment with development cycles, demos, retrospectives, code reviews, and backlog grooming.
Languages: Fluency in

Additional Information
Salary: The package consists of a fixed salary over 12 months under the Syntec convention and includes a performance-based bonus of 15% annually. The salary range is €50-73k depending on your experience.
Freelance Option: 300$ - 500$ / day (based on experience and location)
The team in Lille works in the office 2 days per week, while other team members are fully remote.
