Job description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Creative Strategist to join client's team. This role is critical in driving the creative direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring that a content resonates with a target audience and drives engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, with a particular focus on generating creative ideas for video ads, visuals, and copy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Taboola, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and the internal team to align creative efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Generate and test new ideas for video ads, visuals, and copy, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimized for performance.
  • Work closely with the video editor (freelancer) to create compelling video content for ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance in collaboration with the media buyer to refine and improve creative strategies.
  • Occasionally assist with copywriting tasks, particularly for new product launches or special campaigns.
  • Use WordPress to directly implement creative content, avoiding the need for manual copy-pasting by the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role in the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful and engaging marketing content.
  • Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro) is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in German; experience working in German-speaking markets is a must.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing.
