Fluent in English and Greek, Based in Spain with valid documentation, 2-5 years customer service experience, Bachelor in Business or related field preferred, Experience in pharma/biotech call centers is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails
- Provide customer support for wholesalers and distributors
- Assist with inquiries on temperature excursions
- Identify and report potential Adverse Events and PQCs
- Document case notes in the CRM system
