Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Director of Sales Operations to organize data and generate deep customer insight to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness. This role partners with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to optimize our sales funnel and achieve growth. This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and drive data input best practices for the sales team
  • Identify and develop potential new markets and opportunities to expand sales
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure execution of sales strategies
  • Generate sales reports and analyze key performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Create and Implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance within sales team
  • Partner with the Finance team for account mapping and reporting of sales metrics

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven success in driving sales growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated progressive relevant experience and an understanding of sales operations
  • Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Acuity and Power BI a plus)
