Job description

Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience. This position is a full-time, work-from-home position that will be handling EPLI cases exclusively. The ideal candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized team working with outstanding clients. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence.

Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
