Job description

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile People Operations Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role that encompasses HR responsibilities and supporting the founders in various areas of the company. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end HR process, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition events.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to the founders in various areas, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Overseeing Finance Operations, such as invoicing clients, payroll preparation
  • Other admin tasks such as liaising with Accountant and Corporate Secretary, reviewing financial statements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing a customer support team and driving excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Tech Savvy, proficiency in HRIS, ATS and similar software.
  • Experience working in a tech/SaaS company
