Are you passionate about design and have a natural eye for aesthetics? We are seeking a Junior Design Assistant to join our Growth & Marketing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who has a basic sense of art and design and is eager to start a career in the creative industry. While advanced technical skills are not required, a willingness to learn, quick adaptation to new tools, and a good eye for visual harmony are essential. In this role, you will work with pre-existing templates, customizing them to meet our company’s branding and project needs, while gaining valuable experience in the design field.

Responsibilities:

• Template Customization: Utilize basic design tools to modify existing templates, ensuring they align with our company’s branding and visual standards.
• Content Integration: Seamlessly integrate content into templates, maintaining aesthetic balance and consistency.
• Artistic Contribution: Apply your basic art sense to ensure that all designs are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Learning & Development: Quickly learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques, with a focus on Adobe software.
• Collaborative Support: Assist the design and marketing teams with various tasks, contributing creatively to marketing projects.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all customized templates and materials.
• Task Management: Manage multiple design tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining attention to detail.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• A basic sense of art and design, with a natural ability to recognize visual harmony.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the design field, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
