Job description

Employer: German Advertising Company

Location: Remotely from Poland

Salary: 3700 - 4500 EURO monthly

Cooperation model: B2B or contract of employment

Start date: ASAP

Recruitment process: 5 steps (3 interviews, online personality test and skill test)

It is a user-friendly and efficient monetization platform that stands for transparency, automation, and maximum advertising revenue.

Your Role Is To

  • > Lead and motivate our employees to achieve peak performance;
  • > Keep an overview of the team and all processes;
  • > Coordinate the team, lead the daily meetings, and assign tasks;
  • > Monitor workflows, ensure everything runs according to plan, and are always there to help;
  • > Be the first point of contact for department management;
  • > Report to the management;
  • > Support administrative tasks and be a dependable pillar;
  • > Be the contact person for technical questions, both for our employees and customers;
  • > Assist our customers with technical onboarding and advertising integrations;
  • > Independently take on the leadership and execution of time-sensitive projects and product implementations;
  • > Work closely with our technical suppliers and the IT department;
  • > Actively contribute to the improvement of ad placements and internal processes.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • > 3-6 years of experience in technical support;
  • > Experience as a Team Lead;
  • > Minimum C1 level proficiency in German;
  • > Expertise in HTML and CSS;
  • > Experience with Digital Ad technologies such as Google Ad Manager, Outbrain, etc;
  • > Commitment to continuous education and certification to stay current

in the industry and with technology.

Nice To Have

  • B2 level proficiency in English;
  • Additional experience in Digital/Ad Technology (DV360, SSP, DSP, AdServer, Campaign Management, Yield Management);
  • Relevant certifications like ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or other

vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) can be advantageous.
