Management Consultant-II (MC-II) –  Remote (Hybrid also available)

 

BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a Full-time Management Consultant-II (MC-II)– Remote (Hybrid also available). Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.


What will you do

As a Management Consultant-II (MC-II), you'll bring your expertise to complex assignments, driving originality and innovation in problem-solving. With appreciable latitude, you'll develop methodologies and present solutions to address broad tasks, ensuring project success and contributing to deliverables and performance metrics. Your role extends to collaborating with teams, providing guidance to junior members, and staying updated on industry trends, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.


Responsibilities:


  • Leverage expertise to drive originality and innovation in problem-solving across multiple complex work assignments.
  • Develop methodologies and present solutions to address broad assignments effectively, ensuring project success.
  • Contribute to project deliverables and performance metrics through impactful solutions and strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives, utilizing depth of experience and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks, communicate findings, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Active Interim / Completed Secret Clearance or higher
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' general experience in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, originality, and innovation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodologies and presenting solutions.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
