Meraki Talent's client is a market leader in the international investment and long-term funds market. A UK based company - with a global reach throughout the world. They are looking for a Share Plan analyst to come and join the team and undertake work on the company's employee equity and shares process. You will be responsible for the administration, analysis, and reporting of the company's equity that is shared out to the employees. They are looking for someone who has a background in the Share planning, equity plan administration, compensation analysis, or a related field.

Responsibilities Of Share Plan Analyst

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the administration of all share plans, ensuring smooth execution of related activities
  • Act as the first point of contact for share plan-related inquiries, efficiently triaging and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Perform detailed data analysis related to share plan participation, transactions, and financial impacts, helping to drive informed decision-making.
  • Draft clear and effective communications related to share plan awards, ensuring that employees understand their equity compensation and any associated actions required.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, tax, and regulatory requirements related to share plans, supporting the broader team in maintaining accuracy and adherence to policies.

Background of Share Plan Analyst

  • Experience in share plan administration, compensation analysis, or a related role within HR
