Tasks

Job Description:

As a Product Manager Intern at Smatched, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Chief Product officer in the development and execution of new and existing product initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and project management frameworks, working closely with cross-functional teams, including bug fixes, design, marketing, and customer support. You will be involved in various aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will have the chance to contribute to projects that directly impact our users and business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Participate in the development and prioritization of the product
• Analysis: Analyze user data, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Help coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• User Testing: Assist in organizing and conducting user testing sessions, gathering insights to inform product iterations and enhancements.
• Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including product specs, release notes, and user guides.
• Project Management: Help manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Customer Feedback: Engage with users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Collaborate: with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Passion for product management and a strong interest in technology and innovation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and provide data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools is a plus.
