Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences

Up to £40,000* DOE + Commission

8:30am - 5pm, Remote (1 Day a Month in Office - Travel Paid For)

Full Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for an exciting remote opportunity in the Life Sciences industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the field, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their talented team as a Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

Duties

  • Continuously developing and accessing a candidate base to ensure a constant supply of suitable candidates.
  • Building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships to support a strong talent pipeline.
  • Utilising the candidate network database to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Qualifying job opportunities and understanding clients' needs and goals.
  • Proactively mapping out key clients within the portfolio and across other disciplines.
  • Developing effective touchpoints to establish trusted advisor relationships.
  • Analysing client information and utilising commercial data to inform strategies.
  • Participating in marketing events and staying updated on industry developments.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly targets while upholding the organisation's values.
  • Assisting in training consultants and mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the Life Sciences industry would be desirable.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.
