Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for an exciting remote opportunity in the Life Sciences industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the field, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their talented team as a Recruitment Consultant.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

Duties
- Continuously developing and accessing a candidate base to ensure a constant supply of suitable candidates.
- Building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships to support a strong talent pipeline.
- Utilising the candidate network database to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Qualifying job opportunities and understanding clients' needs and goals.
- Proactively mapping out key clients within the portfolio and across other disciplines.
- Developing effective touchpoints to establish trusted advisor relationships.
- Analysing client information and utilising commercial data to inform strategies.
- Participating in marketing events and staying updated on industry developments.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly targets while upholding the organisation's values.
- Assisting in training consultants and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the Life Sciences industry would be desirable.
- A proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.
