Associate degree in Computer Technology or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of PC Help Desk experience, Advanced experience with Windows 10 and Server environments, Knowledge of Office 365 administration and networking, Relevant certifications preferred (A+, Network+, CCNA, etc.).
Key responsabilities:
- Analyze and resolve computer-related issues
- Provide support for clients' PCs, printers, and servers
- Perform PC maintenance, upgrades, and configurations
- Manage and troubleshoot user equipment and software
- Identify and remediate capacity and performance issues
