3 to 6 years of customer support experience, MCSA/MCSE certified, Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps, especially Office 365, Technical experience in Active Directory, SharePoint, and Exchange, Knowledge of SCCM and SCVMM is an advantage.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot user account issues
- Deploy OS and applications through SCCM
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely
- Support Global Service Desk Team
- Prepare a knowledge base for critical issues
