We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional with Oracle ERP knowledge to join our dynamic IT Global Business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle ERP solutions.
As an Oracle Analyst in Global Business team, you will perform the following duties:
Design, configure and implement Oracle Financial modules including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax, Project Billing/ Costing, Fixed Assets & Expenses modules in the Cloud/ EBS platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements including reporting and compliance
Develop tailored solutions addressing statutory and business requirements with subject matter expertise
Support development of new integrations with third party systems from Oracle
Collaborate with cross functional teams for strategic projects and tactical initiatives
Create functional and solution design documents for new developments and enhancements
Prepare test scenarios and unit test scripts to validate requirements and business use cases
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle ERP applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements.
Assist with training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams as needed.
Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of total experience and minimum five years of analyst, development, and/or consultant experience with Oracle ERP Applications (Must have Cloud experience)
Solid understanding of Oracle Architecture/ product functionality and Order to Cash, Procure to Pay & Record to Report business flows
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong understanding of financial and accounting business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes.
Relational database understanding is a plus.
Possess a solid understanding of Agile, Lean and Scrum principles.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business, Accounting MIS, or a technical-related field
Ability to work independently with general supervision.
