At ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are always growing. Currently, we are looking for a new team member to join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying talented professionals, across EMEA markets.



Responsibilities:

• High-volume recruitment activities

• Ensuring diverse pipeline of candidates for open positions

• Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods (social media, CV databases, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Building long-lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders

• Preparing candidates’ recommendations and submitting them to Recruiters and Hiring Managers

• Proposing additional solutions for candidate attraction

• Updating and maintaining ATS (applicant tracking system)

• Continuously maintaining an attractive network/pipeline of potential candidates



Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment

• Fluency in English

• Ability to analyze and evaluate job descriptions and data needed to determine courses of action

• Ability to build sourcing strategies and use various methods of the Internet and social media research

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking

• PC Proficiency in MS Office
