Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, 8+ years experience in Project Finance and/or FPA, Experience with Deltek Costpoint and IBM Cognos Analytics, Knowledge of government contract types, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Provide reporting and analytics on unit finances
- Lead monthly financial reviews with leadership
- Identify financial risks and perform scenario analysis
- Coach and mentor finance analysts
- Drive process improvements within finance functions
