We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Solar and Storage in the North Eastern United States with a strong background in solar installer facing sales to join the Schneider Electric Solar + Storage team.


What will you do?

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the region through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods
  • Build and maintain long-lasting solid relationships with installers to purchase our products through our distribution channel in the North East region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region, including potential partnerships, new markets, and customer segments
  • Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customers issues promptly and effectively. Gather feedback to improve products and services
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, providing insights into sales performance and market conditions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, their benefits, and the technical aspects to communicate with customers and address their needs effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and product improvements
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote products, and generate leads


Qualifications

  • Looking for 6+ years of sales experience
  • Experience promoting technical products, solar and storage products are a plus
  • Excellent customer relations orientation and great communicator
  • Currently located in North Eastern USA
