Job Requirements

The Citrix Administrator will be a member of our federal client's Citrix environment, responsible the effective implementation and operation across the numerous remote locations.
Position incudes installation, integration, troubleshooting, performance and problem management.
Escalation support for the Citrix architecture and infrastructure.
Intermediate knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers and switches.
Interface with the Citrix end-user community to ensure a positive customer experience.
Required to follow the organizations existing procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelors of Science degree with a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience Certification in Citrix a plus.
Demonstrated experience in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop administration.
Professional oral and written communication skills.
Positive customer-experience mindset when interacting with Citrix user community.
Self-start attitude and dependable with strong attention to detail.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust.

Target salary range $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
