Job Title: Product Manager – Data Platform

Reporting to: Principal Product Manager

Location: Hybrid (Home based, with occasional travel to a Newcross office)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 pa + up to 10% bonus

Who are you?

You have over 3 years of experience as a digital product manager, delivering products and features aligned with business strategies. You possess a strong understanding of digital product development and agile processes, enabling you to coordinate cross-functional development across multiple stakeholders. Your expertise includes shaping cloud data platforms like Snowflakes, Databricks, Google BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift.

You also have a solid grasp of communicating business intelligence using visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau. Working comfortably with data, you understand the importance of data quality for robust analytics and insights. With a data-driven and user-centric mindset, you approach product management with curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Your communication and presentation skills are excellent, allowing you to convey complex ideas to business stakeholders. You excel at storytelling and can clearly present technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You have a good understanding of user experience principles and practices, and your analytical mindset helps break down complex problems into actionable deliverables. Proficient in data analytics tools, you extract key insights to drive decision-making.



What will you do?

Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:

  • Champion user-centric product principles to deliver intuitive, engaging, and useful digital experiences that delight our users.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering peers to develop reliable, scalable, and high-performing data solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end Product Discovery process, conducting user research, testing, and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement and shape product recommendations.
  • Create quarterly feature roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional squads, aligning decisions to product goals and delivering high-integrity commitments to the business.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and validation to release, analysis, and iteration.
  • Define product specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning, to ensure clear alignment with business value
