Position

Job Title: Demand Generation Content Writer

Location: India, Remote

This role supports Riverbeds Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing campaigns with on-going content creation needs. Needs will span from the creation of demand generating adverts for LinkedIn, Content Syndication, DemandBase and more – to the writing of e-books, infographics, blogs and other such materials as required.

What You Will Do

  • The Demand Generation campaign owners will brief the requirements to the writer. This can range from 1:1 account campaign; 1: few industry focused campaigns, 1: many horizontal use case campaigns, and field based campaigns.
  • Create content to support ABM, Events and Demand programs including, but not limited to messaging platforms, eBooks, blogs, infographics, booth messaging, email copy, web pages, solution briefs, ad copy, video scripts.
  • Content should be according to the campaign brief based on industry messaging or according to research briefed by campaign owner for 1-1 or 1- many campaigns.
  • There will also be a requirement to create the overarching campaign Messaging house which will form the foundation for all messaging for the campaign.
  • Ability to turn product content into Demand focused content aimed at target personas as per brief.
  • The needs will be vast, from a minimum of 5 pieces of content per campaign.
  • There will also be a need for content refreshes as the campaign execution plan dictates.
  • Work with all demand campaign managers to agree content priorities.
  • Ability to respond, interact and communicate with Demand team members who are in various markets.
  • Adhere to timelines and SLA’s.
  • Leverage, utilize and manage the production of content using Riverbed approved AI tools.

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

  • Expertise and high proficiency in written and spoken business English.
  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation content creation, preferably for technology or software company. Must be able to provide examples of work and copy contributed.
  • Ability to write a variety of copy that adheres to brand voice and guidelines, and nuances of each campaign needs.
  • Knowledge of demand generation needs
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, time and self-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time, often with tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, and proficiency in writing for various platforms.
  • Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally across company, keeping mindful of various time zones including US.
