Our client is a global leader in the FMCG industry with a recognizable brand and high standards of business. It is a company that pays attention to sustainable development and social responsibility. Due to the dynamic growth of the organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of Security Engineer.

Requirements

  • Proficient in network security concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL/IPSec, NGFW, IDS/IPS, NAC, Proxy)
  • Experience in implementing Network Segmentation solutions e.g. zoning firewall, micro-segmentation
  • Experience in managing Firewall Policy Automation platforms e.g. Tufin or Algosec
  • Familiar with cloud security solutions (e.g. SASE/SSE, SWG, CASB, DLP)
  • Strong networking knowledge and experience in traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark and Nmap.
  • Familiarity with SIEM solutions such as Splunk, log analysis and with building advanced correlation queries.
  • Knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Benchmarks).
  • Well versed in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or BASH for analysis tasks.
  • Ability to assess network vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in solution designing or engineering/development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably as a network engineer/analyst or similar position.
  • Expected professional vendor certifications (at least one of the following vendors: Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) or proven knowledge of provided solutions.
  • Cybersecurity advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, developers, and security specialists, to implement and maintain security measures.
  • Identifying and assess security risks.
  • Staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and techniques.
  • Solving problems to address complex network security challenges.
  • Developing innovative solutions to enhance network security posture.
  • Identifying and addressing potential security gaps before they are exploited.
  • Conveing technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
